Refund policy
Under our policy, you may return your purchased products for a prompt refund or exchange if you are dissatisfied with your order. To qualify for a refund, you must return your items within 15 days of the purchase date. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will credit the full dollar amount (excluding the shipping charges). The credit will be applied using the same form as the original payment type (e.g. credit card). Should you wish to make a claim for damaged or missing items, it must be received within 2 business days of your receipt of the package(s).
Before returning the product, you will need to contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number. Please email sales@chylers.com for this number. In order to receive your refund or exchange, please comply with the following procedure.
- Place the Return Authorization Number clearly indicated on the shipping package with the product being returned.
- Return the merchandise in new condition with the original packaging included.
- Return the items within 15 days of the original purchase date.
- Include any uneaten jerky in the package
- Include a copy the original purchase receipt or invoice
If you are requesting an exchange for the same dollar amount as your original purchase, we will not charge you any additional shipping or handling charges. Please mail your pre-paid package to the address below.
